Fiesta Field Day!

Thursday Sophie had her field day, unfortunately, I was only able to take two pictures because my camera suddenly decided to die! Bummer! Sophie had so much fun dancing and participating in several relay races...not to mention she was also an awesome big sister as she let Sariah follow her around and participate as well! I enjoyed watching them both! Sophie is such a social bug! It is to no surprise that she already has so many friends! She proudly introduced me to her Teachers and little friends who in turn admired Sariah and Ammon!

Friday Sadie had her field day, fortunately, I charged my camera and was able to take a little more pictures this time around! Sadie only participated in a couple of the relay races...she said she was a little shy, but I think she did a fantastic job! Like Sophie she introduced me to her friends and graciously let Sariah participate with her class.

Sariah out performed some of the 2nd Graders at the duck pond! The day before she also participated in this event and scooped up one duck with the net, which was the objective of the game for the Kindergartners. This time around, however, the objective of the game was a little harder. The students were asked to scoop up as many ducks as they could with the net. I watched as the students participated, thinking that Sariah would just scoop up one duck when it came her turn... to my surprise when Sadie handed her the net she carefully walked around the pool with the net in the water and captured six ducks in all! She must have been really watching the students! She did an awesome job! Sadie scooped up 11 ducks!
